Filtrexx Webinars feature live, interactive sessions on specific topics relating to compost for sediment and erosion control, pollution removal, and low impact development for stormwater management. In these one-hour sessions, Filtrexx Director of Research and Development Dr. Britt Faucette emphasizes natural site hydrology and explains how Filtrexx® products Mimic Nature® to deliver the same valuable ecosystem services. Each webinar is supported by data from numerous scientific studies. Worth one hour of PDH Credits, these webinars are a convenient way to provide you and your staff with targeted and relevant professional development. Our educators and curricula developers hold over forty years of experience.

Lunch & Learns

You can schedule a Filtrexx Lunch & Learn at your office. We offer a number of topics that will provide you with an understanding of our technology and its applications. Or we can customize the presentation to address the interests and opportunities for your organization. All participants receive a Certificate of Attendance, which can be used to claim one PDH Credit.

Filtrexx Design Certification

Filtrexx offers full-day, on-site training and seminars on the topic areas of most interest to you and your organization. Specifically designed toward engineers, architects, planners, and environmental scientists, this custom training program allows attendees to understand Filtrexx organic based products and BMPs, testing and research, standard specifications, design criteria, quality assurance/quality control, green infrastructure and green building, and carbon budgeting. After completing training, you become a Filtrexx® Certified™ Designer and may use the logo in your marketing materials. We will also refer design work to you in your geographic and topic area, and will provide limited design assistance as needed.

Installer training & certification

Filtrexx Certification & Training combines comprehensive knowledge of Filtrexx applications with essential coverage of erosion control processes & stormwater management techniques. Designed to meet or exceed current industry standards, training includes: onsite installation, industry standards & practices, and federal & state specifications. Upon successful completion of a final exam, you earn the Filtrexx® Certified™ Installer credential and may use the logo in your marketing materials. We will also refer installation work to you in your geographic region, and will provide limited marketing support as needed.
